But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Gasteiz couldn't finish the play. When Emma AFC's Denis Savion in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Napaleofú's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Napaleofú's Ramon Berdoi got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Napaleofú's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Tomi came free, but Clemente Loreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Loreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Savion in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Emma AFC's Denis Savion made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Loreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denis Savion struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Clemente Loreto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emma AFC. After the first half Emma AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the Emma AFC defense, Gogo Laurgain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Paul. The Emma AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Paul should have stopped the shot. Denis Savion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Clemente Loreto made a huge save. Simon Martxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lázaro Paul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Denis Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd match minute, Napaleofú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Theobald to maneuver through the defense. If Lisandro Gasteiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Gasteiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Loreto was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. The Napaleofú fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Emma AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
