But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Bibiano couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute Baltasar Bibiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Dei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Dei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Bibiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 21 played minutes Los Pibes Corvina FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Pelayo. Pedro Gergori, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The supporters of Caprara FC booed when Los Pibes Corvina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Pelayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
