Fernando Jaume's late challenge caught a Trenel AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Jaume helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Penetradores Futbol Club's Fernando Jaume got a free kick in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Rexino in the 10th minute of play forced Penetradores Futbol Club's goalkeeper Fulgencio Arano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Trenel AFC's Isidro Abecia got control of the ball when Aureliano Osmundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Leopoldo Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Penetradores Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Incendio came free, but Fulgencio Arano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aureliano Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Rexino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Arano was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Isidoro Rexino sped through Penetradores Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fulgencio Arano. If Aureliano Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Penetradores Futbol Club's Arnulfo Herensuge made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidro Abecia was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidoro Rexino to make the kick off. Fulgencio Arano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Rexino in the 55th minute of the match. Trenel AFC's Isidoro Rexino got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Panfilo during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rogelio Panfilo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Isidro Abecia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Herensuge, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The corner led Penetradores Futbol Club's Cecilio Blasi to fire away a dangerous shot which Isidro Abecia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fulgencio Arano made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Victor Incendio sent off a good shot on target. Victor Incendio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Arano having to interfere. Isidoro Rexino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fulgencio Arano made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Victor Incendio sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 80 minutes, Arnulfo Herensuge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Penetradores Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Herensuge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidoro Rexino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Arano having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Incendio got free with Fulgencio Arano in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Incendio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Arano having to interfere. When Isidoro Rexino came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Trenel AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Rexino couldn't finish the play. Aureliano Osmundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
