Spectators: 7130 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jairo Castulo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcial Abastas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gaston Odon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Hanot got free with Albino Beturian in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Jairo Castulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barracas Unidos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Castulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Odon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Abastas came free, but Gaston Odon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Burni in the 21st minute of play. Rafael Hanot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Beturian having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Castulo came free, but Gaston Odon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Abastas scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaston Odon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, Rafael Hanot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Beturian was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Jairo Castulo came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Barracas Unidos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Castulo couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Bixintxo to make the kick off. Jairo Castulo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Gaston Odon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barracas Unidos. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brown fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Esteban Pitin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Jorge Bixintxo struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Albino Beturian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brown. Albino Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Atauri in the 98th minute of play. Barracas Unidos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
