Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Isaias Salvidor took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Isaias Salvidor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adan Gotzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Las Grutas FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jeremias Romo hit a great ball. When Fermin Rosalio came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Maza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Rosalio couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Las Grutas FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jeremias Romo hit a great ball. Fermin Rosalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Vigil having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Fermin Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fermin Rosalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Las Grutas FC's zone, Fermin Rosalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Vigil came out of the goal and Fermin Rosalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 36 in the game by Fermin Rosalio from a close distance when the talented Esteban Vigil managed to make a qualified save. Las Grutas FC's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Maza's Adan Gotzon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esteban Vigil. That made the score 1-0 after 37 minutes of play. Adan Gotzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Esteban Vigil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Adan Gotzon made the kick off in the second half. If Adan Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, Luisito Uhin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Las Grutas FC the free kick. After 62 played minutes Maza got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Uhin. Aristides Quiroga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastian Llorienzo having to make a save. During the 67th minute of the match Luisito Uhin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luisito Uhin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After having played for 76 minutes, Aristides Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
