With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Gauargi in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gogo Tximitx saved Potrerillos AFC from getting behind. Gogo Tximitx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Gauargi in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Denis Cidro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gogo Tximitx was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Potrerillos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Chap came free, but Gogo Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Gauargi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gogo Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Ignacio Chap had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gogo Tximitx. Potrerillos AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Chap was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Ignacio Chap came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Chorrillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Chap couldn't finish the play. After 37 minutes, Lucas Xabat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Potrerillos AFC and the Chorrillos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucas Xabat hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Chap in the 39th minute of play forced Potrerillos AFC's goalkeeper Gogo Tximitx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gogo Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Gauargi in the 44th minute of play. If Ignacio Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Gauargi to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Chorrillos's Ignacio Chap nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gogo Tximitx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Marco Gauargi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Gogo Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ignacio Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 69 minutes, Ignacio Chap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chorrillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Chap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Potrerillos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Gauargi came free, but Gogo Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gogo Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Gauargi in the 73rd minute of play. Potrerillos AFC's Gogo Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Gauargi in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Chorrillos booed when Potrerillos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Chap could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Gogo Tximitx made a huge save. Gogo Tximitx was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Marco Gauargi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marco Gauargi really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. With a little luck, Potrerillos AFC's Gogo Tximitx got control of the ball when Ignacio Chap tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ignacio Chap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gogo Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
