An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Martxel in the 15th minute of play forced Alyta F.C's goalkeeper Moises Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Maurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Beliran, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Elpidio Martxel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moises Maurino having to make a save. Alyta F.C's Moises Maurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Beliran in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Guido Asteri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Jurgi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Alyta F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 32 minutes, Marco Llin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hogwarts and the Alyta F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Marco Llin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Laurendi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benedicto Madaleno came out and tried to block the shot, but Igor Laurendi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. Elpidio Martxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Moises Maurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Ralondo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Aaron Haritz put in a rough tackle. In the 44th minute, one of Hogwarts:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hogwarts. After some careless play in the Hogwarts defense, Luisito Jurgi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Madaleno. The Hogwarts fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Madaleno should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Vinicio Beliran made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Bruno Benat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alyta F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Benat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Luisito Jurgi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Madaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Laurendi in the 65th minute of play. Luisito Jurgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. When Elpidio Martxel fell near the penalty area in the 100th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hogwarts's protests and gave Elpidio Martxel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hogwarts getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Elpidio Martxel hit a great ball. Igor Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 103rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
