Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Marcelo Abad elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Benigno Gartzea fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Progresso's protests and gave Benigno Gartzea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Benigno Gartzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Abad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Tonio having to interfere. When Drysdale FC's Marcelo Abad in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Progresso's goalie prevented a goal. After 14 minutes, Carolo Gipuzkoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drysdale FC and the Progresso players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Drysdale FC's Carolo Gipuzkoa got a free kick in the 14th minute. The supporters of Progresso booed when Drysdale FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Vermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Carolo Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Tonio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Drysdale FC's Eusebio Gorbea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Carolo Iztal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Progresso's Everardo Tonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Abad in the 30th minute of play. Carolo Iztal hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Aldo Urtzi hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Everardo Tonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Iztal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everardo Tonio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carolo Iztal's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Everardo Tonio came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Drysdale FC's Marcelo Abad. But to his dismay, Marcelo Abad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Abad to strike the kick off in the second half. Everardo Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Rivas in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Drysdale FC booed when Progresso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute Marcelo Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Tonio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Drysdale FC's Sergio Rivas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Everardo Tonio. That made the score 0-3 after 62 minutes of play. In the 73rd minute, Marcelo Abad fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Epifanio Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. With his leg Everardo Tonio managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Drysdale FC's Carolo Iztal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Carolo Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victoriano Dorio charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoriano Dorio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Progresso's Everardo Tonio got control of the ball when Carolo Iztal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute, Filomeno Boni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everardo Tonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Iztal got free with Everardo Tonio in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 96 minutes into the match, Drysdale FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Eudoxio came free, but Francisco Reynardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute of the match, Marcelo Abad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Everardo Tonio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
