Ramon Iban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Tavio in the 9th minute of play forced Ancaján FC's goalkeeper Ramon Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Sotero's late challenge caught a Classon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Sotero helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ancaján FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Alberto Sotero hit a great ball. Ciro Tavio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 minutes of play, Classon's Cristobal Benino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramon Iban was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Cristobal Benino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Classon's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Benino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramon Iban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Tavio scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramon Iban, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristobal Benino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristobal Benino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Iban having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ancaján FC's zone, Ciro Tavio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Iban came out of the goal and Ciro Tavio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ancaján FC's Ramon Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Benino in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Mario Mon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alberto Sotero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. A collision led to Ancaján FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Alberto Sotero hit a great ball. Cristobal Benino might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramon Iban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristobal Benino ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute Ciro Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Iban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Mon hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ciro Tavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Iban having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ciro Tavio made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ciro Tavio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon Iban was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 59 minutes into the game, Cristobal Benino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ramon Iban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ramon Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Tavio in the 65th minute of the match. Mario Mon kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Cristobal Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ramon Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Fermin Pereyra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ramon Iban quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Ciro Tavio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon Iban was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, Classon's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Beila came free, but Isaias Crispo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Benino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciro Tavio struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ramon Iban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Classon.
