In the 34th match minute, Mamadera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Abadie to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute Benjamin Rioja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Koldobika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 53rd minute, Cayetano Abastas made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Calisto. Mamadera AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Amador Eate's late challenge caught a Mamadera AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Eate helped the player get up and apologised. If Arsenio Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Abastas in the 65th minute of play forced Mamadera AFC's goalkeeper Emanuel Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Cayetano Abastas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perla Negra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Abastas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Perla Negra had won after a very even match.
