Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cornelio Beila kicked off to start the match. Albano Elivareo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jose Nuñez. Garrayalde AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Baldomero Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jose Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Cornelio Beila notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Botija AFC's Elias Jerano. Elias Jerano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Dante Chale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Garrayalde AFC booed when Botija AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Eliazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Garrayalde AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Oriche came free, but Jose Nuñez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santos Eliazar got free with Jose Nuñez in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Garrayalde AFC's zone, Santos Eliazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Nuñez came out of the goal and Santos Eliazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leo Porfirio during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Botija AFC booed when Garrayalde AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Baldomero Oriche fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cornelio Beila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Jerano having to make a save. Elias Jerano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Odol, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Astor Odol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Chale in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Cornelio Beila made a precise shot to the right of Elias Jerano. Botija AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Garrayalde AFC!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomero Oriche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santos Eliazar charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Eliazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santos Eliazar kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Jose Nuñez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Eliazar in the 58th minute of the match. Santos Eliazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jose Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gualterio Rami fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Botija AFC's protests and gave Gualterio Rami a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Botija AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gualterio Rami hit a great ball. Elias Jerano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Odol in the 78th minute. Jose Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Oriche in the 86th minute of play. With a little luck, Botija AFC's Elias Jerano got control of the ball when Astor Odol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremias Vasco's late challenge caught a Garrayalde AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Vasco helped the player get up and apologised. 93 minutes into the match, Botija AFC's goalkeeper Elias Jerano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astor Odol. Baldomero Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jose Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Botija AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Garrayalde AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Garrayalde AFC.
