After a defensive mix-up in Echegoyen AFC's zone, Siro Aimar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Loramendi came out of the goal and Siro Aimar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niceto Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Loramendi having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Echegoyen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Domingues to maneuver through the defense. Siro Aimar struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Guido Loramendi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leteque AFC. If Niceto Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leteque AFC's Siro Aimar in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Echegoyen AFC's Guido Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Vidal in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Leteque AFC's Niceto Vidal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guido Loramendi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Echegoyen AFC's zone, Niceto Vidal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Loramendi came out of the goal and Niceto Vidal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristobal Celipe to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Nicasio Nazario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geronimo Chuse was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 60 played minutes Echegoyen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Theobald. Leteque AFC's Siro Aimar got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Leteque AFC's Niceto Vidal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guido Loramendi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Siro Aimar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 67th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Leteque AFC's Siro Aimar in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 84 played minutes Echegoyen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Matia. Guido Loramendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niceto Vidal in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Niceto Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leteque AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Vidal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Loramendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leteque AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Echegoyen AFC had won, even though Leteque AFC had held more of the ball.
