Tortuguitas's Arnulfo Dacio got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Dacio in the 15th minute of play forced Marquesado FC's goalkeeper Armando Gorbea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Ramiro Gabino made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Benigno Raymon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The audience was convinced that Ramiro Gabino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Gorbea was relentless in the 78th minute of the game.
