Marciano Sarracino's late challenge caught a Ucacha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marciano Sarracino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Barriales's Marciano Sarracino got a free kick in the 41st minute. Guaberto Theobald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Abel in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Genaro Abel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Theobald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godfredo Godoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee showed Pablo Elixio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pablo Elixio kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Barriales's Genaro Abel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guaberto Theobald. Guaberto Theobald yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Esteve Asteri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carolo Indalecio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteve Asteri hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Carolo Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ucacha getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Godfredo Godoy hit a great ball. With a little luck, Ucacha's Guaberto Theobald got control of the ball when Carolo Indalecio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guaberto Theobald was a little too slow when Carolo Indalecio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 84th minute, Genaro Abel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Genaro Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Theobald made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carolo Indalecio in the 90th minute. Barriales's Benicio Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Godoy in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ucacha's goalkeeper Guaberto Theobald, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Barriales booed when Ucacha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Elixio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Barriales could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ucacha throughout the match.
