Lázaro Reno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Donato Terciero made a huge save. Amancio Turi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Nuñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GABO FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angelino Abajas in the 19th minute. Virgilio Buinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Turi having to interfere. Nicasio Chumo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Terciero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Chumo in the 30th minute of play forced GABO FC's goalkeeper Donato Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Mannie hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match Arsenio Mosen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Terciero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Incahuasi's Nicasio Chumo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Nicasio Chumo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerardo Nuñez made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, GABO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Furman came free, but Donato Terciero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Reno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Donato Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Reno in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Terciero saved GABO FC from getting behind. Lázaro Reno's late challenge caught a GABO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lázaro Reno helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes Incahuasi got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Reno. Gerardo Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Amancio Turi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Buinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in GABO FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Donato Terciero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Chumo in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, GABO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Panpili to maneuver through the defense. GABO FC's Gerardo Nuñez got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Incahuasi's goalkeeper Amancio Turi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Buinton. When Lázaro Reno came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Incahuasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Reno couldn't finish the play. A collision led to GABO FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Virgilio Buinton hit a great ball. The GABO FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
