With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celedonio Opilano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 played minutes Perugurria got a freekick which was hit by Abel Rik. Angelino Lleir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Teofilio in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bambini di Gatusso's zone, Camilo Mark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Opilano came out of the goal and Camilo Mark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abel Rik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perugurria's Abel Rik managed to work through Bambini di Gatusso's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Abel Rik dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 42nd minute of the match Fabio Baudelio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celedonio Opilano skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Rik in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celedonio Opilano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel Rik was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Rik in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celedonio Opilano saved Bambini di Gatusso from getting behind. Leopoldo Gizon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Opilano having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bambini di Gatusso's goalkeeper Celedonio Opilano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76thth minute of the game Angelino Rodriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perugurria's Angelino Lleir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abel Rik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Opilano having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Abel Rik kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Celedonio Opilano. That made the score 0-2 in the 85 minute of play. Angelino Lleir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Orti in the 94th minute of play.
