Benicio Olayo hit a great ball. Eliseo Berasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Tartalo having to interfere. Danilo Gines hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of Maneman F.C booed when Carnerillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Montrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedicto Gartzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Berasko in the 31st minute of play forced Maneman F.C's goalkeeper Joaquin Tartalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Carnerillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Senin came free, but Everardo Oxarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Montrel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Everardo Oxarra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseo Berasko made a kick off. Maneman F.C's Anselmo Montrel got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maneman F.C were furious when Cleto Nel was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maneman F.C! The referee gave Carnerillo FC a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Enrique Urre, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Maneman F.C's Joaquin Tartalo. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Carnerillo FC's zone, Anselmo Montrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Oxarra came out of the goal and Anselmo Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eliseo Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
