Bernardino Ikatz struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Fernan Ermengol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trejos FC. When Nestor Bela fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trejos FC's protests and gave Nestor Bela a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Trejos FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Nestor Bela hit a great ball. Christian Pueblo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Palben in the 26th minute of play. Bernardino Ikatz struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Fernan Ermengol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trejos FC. Fernan Ermengol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoriano Gaitano's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Bernardino Ikatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Ermengol having to interfere. When Victoriano Gaitano came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Trejos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Gaitano couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Ikatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Ermengol having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Inko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club sportivo la Cesira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trejos FC the free kick. The supporters of Trejos FC booed when Club sportivo la Cesira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Gaitano in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Club sportivo la Cesira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Inko to maneuver through the defense. If Victoriano Gaitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicanor Llorian to make the kick off. Alvaro Kauldi hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Fernan Ermengol came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Trejos FC's Victoriano Gaitano. But to his dismay, Victoriano Gaitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Christian Pueblo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Llorian in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Ikatz in the 74th minute of play forced Club sportivo la Cesira's goalkeeper Fernan Ermengol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaldo Inko hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Trejos FC were awarded a corner. Adolfo Checa went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Llorian in the 80th minute of play forced Trejos FC's goalkeeper Christian Pueblo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfredo Palben blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Pueblo having to make a save. If Godfredo Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 93 played minutes Club sportivo la Cesira got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Lando. Victoriano Gaitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernan Ermengol having to make a save. Fernan Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Gaitano in the 99th minute of the match. Trejos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
