Fabio Colas hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th match minute, Pulpera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Guillelme to maneuver through the defense. If Astor Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santo Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Oliveiro in the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Astor Jatsu in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santo Lauaxeta saved Picapiedras FC from getting behind. Erubiel Cerilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Sebastian Kemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Picapiedras FC's Antonio Oidor in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Astor Jatsu came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Pulpera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Jatsu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Jatsu in the 30th minute of play forced Picapiedras FC's goalkeeper Santo Lauaxeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Jatsu in the 31st minute of play. Sebastian Kemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Oidor in the 34th minute of the match. After 34 minutes, Clodoveo Guillelme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pulpera FC and the Picapiedras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Pulpera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Guillelme to maneuver through the defense. Mauro Teyo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Oidor to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Saturnino Ugutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute, Fabio Colas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute of the match Octavio Senen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Kemen skillfully saved the ball. Erubiel Cerilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Kemen having to interfere. If Erubiel Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sebastian Kemen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Cerilo's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Antonio Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Picapiedras FC's Santo Lauaxeta got control of the ball when Astor Jatsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Pulpera FC booed when Picapiedras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Silviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astor Jatsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Lauaxeta having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Picapiedras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Oliveiro came free, but Santo Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, Silvano Oliveiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pulpera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Oliveiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Saturnino Ugutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astor Jatsu came free with the goalkeeper in the 97th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Santo Lauaxeta could save by the left post. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
