Santo Tercero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Gutierrez in the 13th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clodoveo Gutierrez to make the kick off. Santo Tercero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Medina in the 52nd minute of play. When Tomás Dantel came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the RC ave Club fans jumped to their feet. Martin Columbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 68 minutes into the match, RC ave Club's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Medina came free, but Santo Tercero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Clodoveo Gutierrez came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the MRG champions fans jumped to their feet. In the 87th minute, RC ave Club's Ismael Bitxintxo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Ismael Bitxintxo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Columbo. That made the score 1-4 in the 90 minute of play. A collision led to RC ave Club getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tomás Dantel hit a great ball. With a little luck, MRG champions's Martin Columbo got control of the ball when Ubaldo Gaufred tried to sneak it across the goal line. 99 minutes into the match, Tomás Dantel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Columbo. MRG champions's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Dantel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. When the final whistle sounded RC ave Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MRG champions.
