Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 11th minute, Everardo Gaztea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Everardo Gaztea got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Rosario FC. Armando Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Arlo in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Rosario FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Frans to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Los Borbotones's Segundo Cuarto tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Gaztea got free with Armando Monico in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ezequiel Arlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Monico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Nicasio Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Borbotones's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Atarratze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Cai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ismael Argi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Rosario FC defense, Nicasio Atarratze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Cai. The Rosario FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Cai should have stopped the shot. After 37 played minutes Rosario FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Innocenzio. Segundo Cuarto, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ezequiel Arlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Armando Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Everardo Gaztea struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Armando Monico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario FC. After a rather tough play, Los Borbotones's Paulo Bazkoare got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, Ezequiel Arlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ezequiel Arlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Armando Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Los Borbotones's zone, Rigoberto Quinten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Monico came out of the goal and Rigoberto Quinten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the game, Everardo Gaztea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Armando Monico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaime Venerando during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rosario FC booed when Los Borbotones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Venerando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes, Rosario FC's Aquilino Orlandus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armando Monico came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rosario FC reached it. Santos Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Los Borbotones's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Arlo came free, but Armando Monico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Ismael Argi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Monico. Los Borbotones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Argi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ezequiel Arlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Borbotones players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rosario FC.
