Chusca's Eustaquio Bartoli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eustaquio Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Maureo in the 38th minute of the match. Eustaquio Bartoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Maureo's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Anastasio Felipo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustaquio Bartoli. Chusca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Felipo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After the first half Dynamo FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Maureo to make the kick off. A collision led to Chusca getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Casimiro Itzaina hit a great ball. Raimundo Onofre was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Eustaquio Bartoli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 58th minute Isidro Maureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Dynamo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dynamo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
