With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elias Boni in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervasio Evis saved Favorina from getting behind. In the 20th minute Elias Boni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Evis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Boni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gervasio Evis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Favorina defense, Ruben Lizar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervasio Evis. The Favorina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervasio Evis should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Posadass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Gumaro came free, but Froilan Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Favorina's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Boni came free, but Gervasio Evis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Gumaro ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gervasio Evis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruben Lizar went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Elias Boni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Dionisio Chesus's late challenge caught a Posadass FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In a very dangerous position, a player in Favorina fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Rosendo Erauso shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Godofredo Luzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Ezkerra having to interfere. One of Favorina:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Posadass FC:s goal. Favorina's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
