In the 34th minute Uriel Min shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Izotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Uriel Min got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delmiro Lalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Silvestre Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uriel Min was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Min in the 52nd minute of play forced Formosa AFC's goalkeeper Leandro Izotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Gagriel kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Modesto Nafarroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Leandro Izotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Formosa AFC's Leandro Izotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Nafarroa in the 60th minute of play. If Uriel Min had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Delmiro Lalla came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Formosa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmiro Lalla couldn't finish the play. Modesto Nafarroa might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Izotz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Nafarroa ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Antofalla FC's zone, Delmiro Lalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Orlan came out of the goal and Delmiro Lalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvestre Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Manni, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ceferino Navarro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The Formosa AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Antofalla FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
