Ramiro Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Guzman having to interfere. Bernabe Arlo's late challenge caught a Bitewin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernabe Arlo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Bernabe Arlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Quinto, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Bitewin getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ulises Raymond hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Bernabe Arlo managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. If Mauricio Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ramiro Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Maju sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Anaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Esteban Tabb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bitewin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velloso AFC the free kick. In the 78th minute, Esteban Tabb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes Bitewin got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Arixo. When Velloso AFC's Emilio Franco, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Velloso AFC. In the 86th of the match, Mauricio Quexal tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Apolo Guzman got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Mauricio Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Malvin in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Velloso AFC booed when Bitewin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Arixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guido Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
