When Amado Viviano fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meestoymeando FC's protests and gave Amado Viviano a yellow card for diving instead. Amado Viviano hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Tomas Remicio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Arteaga AFC's Edgard Maties sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosme Belarmo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anselmo Ebardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Domiku having to interfere. Abelardo Domiku came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Meestoymeando FC's Aquiles Hernando. But to his dismay, Aquiles Hernando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cosme Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Remicio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Anselmo Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Arteaga AFC's Tomas Remicio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cosme Belarmo. That made the score 1-1 after 39 minutes of play. Anselmo Ebardo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Abelardo Domiku didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meestoymeando FC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Meestoymeando FC's Cosme Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Remicio in the 55th minute of play. Abelardo Domiku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Hernando in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Arteaga AFC's Prudencio Ekialde got a free kick in the 61st minute. Aquiles Hernando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Hernando in the 76th minute of play forced Arteaga AFC's goalkeeper Abelardo Domiku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Meestoymeando FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Maties came free, but Cosme Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Remicio struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cosme Belarmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arteaga AFC. Abelardo Domiku didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
