Adrian Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Apolo Jerold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Selmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Mero having to interfere. Gustavo Mero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Tercero in the 50th minute.

In the 56th minute Chonzi FC were awarded a corner. Eloy Tercero went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Chonzi FC's corner Eloy Tercero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustavo Mero quite easily take care of the ball. When Apolo Jerold came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Chonzi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apolo Jerold couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Apolo Jerold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
