Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toni Mauzer started the match with the kick off. Tøger Bredo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 8 minutes, Dinko Stankovic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croatia and the Kerteminde Boldklub players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niko Grønby in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Niko Grønby came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Damir Pongrac came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Croatia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damir Pongrac couldn't finish the play. Toni Mauzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niko Grønby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haakon Haarbøl, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ture Vejlbo. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ture Vejlbo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Damir Pongrac managed to get in a good position for a shot. Croatia's supporters rose to their feet, but Damir Pongrac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eberhardt Osted breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Kerteminde Boldklub's zone, Martin Bosak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eberhardt Osted came out of the goal and Martin Bosak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niko Grønby to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niko Grønby in the 53rd minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toni Mauzer hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Eduard Kostelac received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eberhardt Osted came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduard Kostelac slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 59th minute. Kerteminde Boldklub's Eberhardt Osted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Kerteminde Boldklub from getting a goal against them. The Croatia fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Croatia's Toni Mauzer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eberhardt Osted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Kostelac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niko Grønby in the 73rd minute of the match. If Dinko Stankovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Kerteminde Boldklub's Ture Vejlbo. But to his dismay, Ture Vejlbo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 81 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Ture Vejlbo came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Niko Grønby ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilija Skugor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 89 minutes into the match, Kerteminde Boldklub's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Bosak came free, but Eberhardt Osted reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Gerhard Guldager was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kerteminde Boldklub's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Croatia the free kick. The supporters of Croatia booed when Kerteminde Boldklub was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerhard Guldager didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kerteminde Boldklub's zone, Toni Mauzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eberhardt Osted came out of the goal and Toni Mauzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niko Grønby in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Rudi Nelander came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
