The audience was convinced that Aldo Abilio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Txordon was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lázaro Avellaneda to strike the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Txordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Abilio in the 52nd minute of play. Gil FC's Adolfo Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Goizeder in the 54th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Aldo Abilio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Txordon. Gil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aldo Abilio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 65th match minute, Gil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Ihintza to maneuver through the defense. Gil FC's Adolfo Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Goizeder in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute Jeronimo Goizeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Abilio in the 84th minute of play forced Gil FC's goalkeeper Adolfo Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Tonio made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Leopoldo Gutierrez sent off a good shot on target. Gil FC's Leopoldo Gutierrez got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robustiano Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Avellaneda in the 90th minute of play. Robustiano Tonio was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Leopoldo Gutierrez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leopoldo Gutierrez really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. When PAMPAS FC's Jeronimo Goizeder in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
