Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Severino Toro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Severino Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Gandofi getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Vladimiro Farias hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Gandofi's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Jakobe came free, but Epifanio Derwin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gandofi's Epifanio Derwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Fagondo in the 9th minute of play. Epifanio Derwin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Frascuelo in the 13th minute of play. Gandofi's Epifanio Derwin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Gandofi from getting a goal against them. When Rosendo Frascuelo came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Ubajay AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosendo Frascuelo couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Victorio Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Frascuelo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Epifanio Derwin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ubajay AFC. Severino Toro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Godoy having to interfere. The supporters of Gandofi booed when Ubajay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Uhin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Godoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Rumaldo in the 33rd minute of play. When Rosendo Frascuelo got free in front of the goal in the 35th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Epifanio Derwin was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 41 minutes, Elvio Barrionuevo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gandofi and the Ubajay AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaime Fagondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Frascuelo to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Paulo Txindoki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ubajay AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gandofi the free kick. A collision led to Ubajay AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Paulo Txindoki hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute Severino Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Derwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Frascuelo in the 61st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Gandofi defense, Rosendo Frascuelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Derwin. The Gandofi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Derwin should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Gandofi's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Frascuelo came free, but Epifanio Derwin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Victorio Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match Matias Heli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Epifanio Derwin skillfully saved the ball. Jaime Fagondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Derwin having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorio Ofelio during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, Gandofi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Ubajay AFC's Matias Heli broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. There was no doubt that Ubajay AFC were the better team. Ubajay AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
