Vicente Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Enol having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Galvez's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Ostots came free, but Silvestre Enol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Leon Ostots came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Castaño fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Ostots couldn't finish the play. Vicente Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haroldo Aguilera made a kick off. Galvez's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Aguilera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Oliverios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severino Munio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vicente Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Leon Ostots's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Enol was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Leon Ostots struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Silvestre Enol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castaño. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Christian Pereyra put in a rough tackle. After having played for 81 minutes, Vicente Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castaño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Arias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute Vicente Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Enol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Enol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honorato Fliz's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Castaño's Vicente Arias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvestre Enol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 93 minutes into the game, Vicente Arias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Silvestre Enol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Galvez's Silverio Lizar got a free kick in the 96th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Vicente Arias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Enol. Galvez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Arias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Castaño's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
