Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guido Weterio took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Aguaray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Mancio came free, but Nicolas Constancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Weterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ernesto Diegotxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Benedicto Tiso came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Sañicó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Tiso couldn't finish the play. If Cayetano Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guido Weterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualterio Toribio charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualterio Toribio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Aguaray FC got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Toribio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedicto Tiso in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Constancio saved Aguaray FC from getting behind. When Cayetano Abeitia came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Aguaray FC fans jumped to their feet. Aguaray FC's Leo Tono got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cayetano Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Diegotxe having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Guido Weterio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aguaray FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Clemente Mancio made the kick off in the second half. Guaberto Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ernesto Diegotxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguaray FC. Gualterio Toribio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sañicó FC's zone, Cayetano Abeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Diegotxe came out of the goal and Cayetano Abeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 64 minutes into the match, Angelino Paskal notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Sañicó FC's Ernesto Diegotxe. Ernesto Diegotxe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Angelino Paskal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Weterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sañicó FC's Ernesto Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Erdiano in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Weterio in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Diegotxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 79 minutes, Cayetano Abeitia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguaray FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Abeitia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th match minute, Sañicó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Remir to maneuver through the defense. When Angelino Paskal fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aguaray FC's protests and gave Angelino Paskal a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Guido Weterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguaray FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Weterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Guaberto Erdiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
