Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carmelo Pueblo took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Albano Sanson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sunchu AFC's Melquiades Nikola. Melquiades Nikola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Osvaldo Su received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Melquiades Nikola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Froylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Pueblo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Medero hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Erasmo Arias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natalio Froylan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Genaro Diaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natalio Froylan. Retamal AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Genaro Diaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Melquiades Nikola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldo Su in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Osvaldo Su got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Genaro Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Froylan having to interfere. Genaro Diaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natalio Froylan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Genaro Diaz ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Su had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Nikola. Sunchu AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Su was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Natalio Froylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Diaz in the 46th minute of play. Natalio Froylan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Pueblo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Serafino Urko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Natalio Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute Carmelo Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Retamal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Su to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Su fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Nikola having to interfere. If Eustacio Balesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sunchu AFC's Genaro Diaz got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Pueblo in the 91st minute of play forced Retamal AFC's goalkeeper Natalio Froylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sunchu AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Serafino Urko hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sunchu AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
