After a rather tough play, 11 BASTIAS's Domingo Ramone got a free kick in the 28th minute. Modesto Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fabio Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvio Ubendu got free with Placido Onbera in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabio Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Perez in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Club Corral booed when 11 BASTIAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Ramone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Benvide charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 72 minutes of play, Club Corral's Modesto Perez made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabio Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Confesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute, Modesto Perez made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Merexildo. 11 BASTIAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Jacinto Confesor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Merexildo having to make a save. Modesto Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 BASTIAS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
