In the 6th minute, Cristobal Bastia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Rosario AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Fagildo came free, but Astor Txilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Robustiano Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Robustiano Alonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Urbasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Freddy Estefan charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Estefan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Freddy Estefan kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Fagildo in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Txilar saved Rosario AFC from getting behind. Zacarias Gudesteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Urbasa having to interfere. FASOMA F.C's Amador Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Alonso in the 29th minute of play. Amador Urbasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zacarias Gudesteo went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute Alfonso Fagildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Txilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rosario AFC booed when FASOMA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Guillelme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Gudesteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Fagildo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 67 minutes into the match, FASOMA F.C's Alfonso Fagildo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Txilar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zacarias Gudesteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Conrado Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot. FASOMA F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Hermelando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Txilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 78 minutes, Adrian Sengrat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FASOMA F.C and the Rosario AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 77 minutes into the game, one of FASOMA F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Amador Urbasa went to the wrong direction when Freddy Estefan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. FASOMA F.C's Amador Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Gudesteo in the 90th minute of play. Conrado Hermelando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Txilar having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rosario AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
