When Serafino Burutzagi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Condado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafino Burutzagi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Burutzagi in the 39th minute of play forced Espigas's goalkeeper Raul Ariando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Orzaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Beti in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Adolfo Astigar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Condado's Horacio Orzaize. Horacio Orzaize was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Serafino Burutzagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Ariando having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Raul Beti kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. A collision led to Condado getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Celso Balasi hit a great ball. Julian Blasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Raul Ariando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Condado's Serafino Burutzagi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raul Ariando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 74th minute, Cleto Inautzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Espigas's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Burutzagi came free, but Raul Ariando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Espigas's Fidel Raulo got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Serafino Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Serafino Burutzagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Ariando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Espigas defense, Serafino Burutzagi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raul Ariando. The Espigas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raul Ariando should have stopped the shot.
