Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hector Huly started the match with the kick off. Serafin Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Isusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Victor Isusko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Ihazintu. Saladillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Isusko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 16th minute, Hector Huly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hector Huly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Saladillo's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Isusko came free, but Serafin Ihazintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Victor Isusko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rincón FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Serafin Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Isusko in the 26th minute of play. Niceto Oton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Ihazintu having to interfere. Victor Isusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rincón FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fabricio Eriz hit a great ball. Rincón FC's Carlos Atauri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Karmel in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niceto Oton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Rincón FC defense, Hector Huly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Atauri. The Rincón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Atauri should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Abelardo Modestio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Rincón FC defense, Hector Huly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Atauri. The Rincón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Atauri should have stopped the shot. Victor Isusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Peio kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rincón FC's zone, Hector Huly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Atauri came out of the goal and Hector Huly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Atauri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fermin Karmel in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Atauri saved Rincón FC from getting behind. 85 minutes into the game, Fabricio Eriz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rincón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saladillo the free kick. In the 85th minute, Fabricio Eriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Saladillo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
