Telge77's George Sandell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 22nd minute of play. George Sandell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute, Zaccheo Andolina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Sandell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 31 minutes into the game, Porziano Marchitelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. George Sandell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, Telge77's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but George Sandell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Telge77's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 41 minutes Telge77's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Sigfrido Auletta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Telge77's George Sandell did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Örtendahl in the 45th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Otto Stenkvist in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils Jonsson to make the kick off. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Sandell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Italy's Siricio Liotta got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Sandell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gao Xu Yong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Telge77's Patrick Martinsson was substituted for Nils Jonsson. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Sandell. George Sandell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. The audience was convinced that Gert Örtendahl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Vittori was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that George Sandell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Otto Stenkvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with George Sandell in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Telge77's George Sandell got control of the ball when Sigfrido Auletta tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 91 minutes Telge77's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Siricio Liotta who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Eliseo Cutri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and George Sandell quite easily take care of the ball. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Martinsson in the 93rd minute of play. The Telge77 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Italy's performance. The match ended with a win for Italy.
