With a little luck, Medinas's Americo Bingen got control of the ball when Rosendo Lain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mauricio Poz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Corderun in the 24th minute of play. Arsenio Merexildo's late challenge caught a Casaffousth AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Medinas. Rosendo Lain kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Americo Bingen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Errando, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Casaffousth AFC had won after a very even match.
