Casimiro Jaizki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. indio resolari's Jose Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Ortzi in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Leandro Magdaleno suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremias Sugar during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes indio resolari got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Sugar. The supporters of indio resolari booed when Club Ateletico Takataka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Heriberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gogo Tulio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Jesus Kimetz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gogo Tulio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jose Benino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Duarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by indio resolari's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristian Sotero was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Ateletico Takataka's players had a chance to rest. Casimiro Jaizki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Kimetz in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Ateletico Takataka's Hector Ortzi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Laureano Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. Club Ateletico Takataka's Jeremias Heriberto got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Jeremias Heriberto off the ground. After a defensive mix-up in indio resolari's zone, Ivan Donostia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Benino came out of the goal and Ivan Donostia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Laureano Rozarius managed to get in a good position for a shot. indio resolari's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Rozarius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Jaizki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Ateletico Takataka players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for indio resolari.
