The supporters of Alpatacal FC booed when Gálvez United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Vermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ezequiel Quin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Anselmo Fidencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Luciano Tiadoro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Fidencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gálvez United's goalkeeper Anselmo Fidencio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anselmo Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Quin in the 23rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tadeo Abadia during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gálvez United getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tadeo Abadia hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Tiadoro in the 34th minute of play forced Gálvez United's goalkeeper Anselmo Fidencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Quin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Fidencio was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 40th minute Ezequiel Quin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Fidencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Eyague to strike the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Aritza in the 55th minute of the match. Aquiles Fernandez hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ezequiel Quin struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Anselmo Fidencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alpatacal FC. Luciano Tiadoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alpatacal FC's Ezequiel Quin got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Quin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Anselmo Fidencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ezequiel Quin came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Alpatacal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Quin couldn't finish the play. The Gálvez United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alpatacal FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alpatacal FC.
