Club Atletico Belgrano's Alberto Lucero got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Elias Oliviero fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fabio Cordera, passed just outside the right post. Javier Peruanton kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Gaudencio Charro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Vimaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Gogo Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Vimaro made a kick off. Alberto Lucero's late challenge caught a Toscal AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Lucero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Club Atletico Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Lucero to maneuver through the defense. Gogo Vimaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Charro having to interfere. In the last second Gaudencio Charro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gogo Vimaro in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Severino Luken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atletico Belgrano's Gaudencio Charro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Vimaro in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Toscal AFC defense, Elias Oliviero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Cordera. The Toscal AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Cordera should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Toscal AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Curcio came free, but Fabio Cordera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Lucero was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Severino Luken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
