Arsenio Cresconio took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anier Gorka. Anier Gorka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Fausto Bidun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Anier Gorka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Lucado in the 30th minute of play. Aaron Herensuge struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Gervasio Umbruso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico de Rafaela. Anier Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Cresconio, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Cresconio in the 44th minute of play forced Atletico de Rafaela's goalkeeper Anier Gorka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Bidun in the 46th minute of play. Fausto Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Umbruso having to interfere. After the first half Niquivil AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arsenio Cresconio made a kick off. Arsenio Cresconio's late challenge caught a Atletico de Rafaela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Cresconio helped the player get up and apologised. Fausto Bidun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gervasio Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niquivil AFC's Arsenio Cresconio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Aaron Herensuge came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Atletico de Rafaela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Herensuge couldn't finish the play. Niquivil AFC's Gervasio Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Herensuge in the 69th minute of play. Aaron Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Bidun in the 73rd minute of play forced Niquivil AFC's goalkeeper Gervasio Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Gorka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Lucado in the 75th minute. Ladislao Lucado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Gorka having to interfere. Aaron Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Bidun in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gervasio Umbruso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niquivil AFC's Gervasio Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Bidun in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horacio Gomesano during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Niquivil AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Gomesano to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Fermin Fertus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gervasio Umbruso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Niquivil AFC booed when Atletico de Rafaela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Goren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladislao Lucado didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-2 via right post in the game's 95th minute. Niquivil AFC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Niquivil AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Atletico de Rafaela's much stronger midfield.
