Gustavo Cristofor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Bide having to interfere. Gustavo Cristofor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Alvaro Jurdan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Los Reyes's Hernan Bide. Hernan Bide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 21 played minutes Los Reyes got a freekick which was hit by Joel Chano. If Gustavo Cristofor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Alvaro Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Naranja Mecanica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Chano came free, but Sergio Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Naranja Mecanica FC's goalkeeper Sergio Cristos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victorino Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Claudio Jokin scored 1-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergio Cristos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Chano made a kick off. In the 59th minute, Alvaro Jurdan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hernan Bide, passed just outside the right post. Claudio Jokin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Cristos having to interfere. Los Reyes's Joel Chano got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Jokin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Sergio Cristos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Reyes. Sergio Cristos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Chano in the 80th minute of play. Sergio Cristos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Alvaro Jurdan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hernan Bide, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Chano in the 93rd minute of play forced Naranja Mecanica FC's goalkeeper Sergio Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburcio Gotzon kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Los Reyes's Claudio Jokin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergio Cristos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Los Reyes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Naranja Mecanica FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
