The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Roberto Uhin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chasicó FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Uhin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Lizardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Matia having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Joaquin Lizardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, Americo Anaya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rovira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chasicó FC the free kick. Americo Anaya kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Lorenzo Kemen struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Nemesio Matia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chasicó FC. Paolo Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Paolo Gonzalez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Octavio Vachon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute, Uriel Espiridion fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nemesio Matia, passed just outside the right post. In the 35th minute, Leonides Rosalio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leonides Rosalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paolo Gonzalez did an outstanding performance 42 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-2 to the right of an irritated Octavio Vachon in the goal. The Chasicó FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rovira FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Leonides Rosalio made the kick off in the second half. Paolo Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonides Rosalio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Octavio Vachon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Uhin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leonides Rosalio kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Rovira FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Quintin. After recieving a nice pass, Chasicó FC's Lorenzo Kemen tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 73 played minutes Rovira FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Rosalio. When Uriel Espiridion came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Chasicó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Espiridion couldn't finish the play. Rovira FC's Leonides Rosalio got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 85 minutes, Leonides Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rovira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Rosalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chasicó FC's zone, Paolo Gonzalez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Vachon came out of the goal and Paolo Gonzalez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
