Filiberto Incendio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Transito in the 33rd minute of play. Ricardo Frichoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Urtats in the 45th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernan Ciano got free with Ricardo Frichoso in the 49th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amancio Urtats made a kick off. Capala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Transito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
