Orán AFC's Mauricio Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Emmanuel in the 4th minute of play. FM Cristal's Cornelio Monte got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basilio Salomone during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FM Cristal booed when Orán AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Salomone didn't get a good kick on the ball. When FM Cristal's Christian Emmanuel in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 27th minute, Christian Emmanuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Cornelio Monte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauricio Tximitx was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 39th minute, Christian Emmanuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cornelio Monte scored 0-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Orán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Monte came free, but Mauricio Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Garaile hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Christian Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FM Cristal booed when Orán AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Enekoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Tximitx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Orán AFC's Mauricio Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Emmanuel in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FM Cristal's Elvio Nicholas got a free kick in the 67th minute. Elvio Nicholas took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Tximitx. Mauricio Tximitx dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Mauricio Tximitx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Emmanuel's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Christian Emmanuel struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Mauricio Tximitx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FM Cristal. Orán AFC's Mauricio Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Emmanuel in the 84th minute of play. Mauricio Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Emmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Emmanuel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauricio Tximitx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Mauricio Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Emmanuel in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Cornelio Monte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Mauricio Tximitx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Orán AFC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Feliberto Garaile hit a great ball. Denis Jerold got in the 98th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Mauricio Tximitx. This was a shot which ended in a score of 0-7. When the final whistle sounded FM Cristal left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Orán AFC.
