Jeppener FC's Leonides Santiago couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Uclar FC. If Cipriano Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luis Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Lauaxeta in the 15th minute of the match. Luis Montel was a little too slow when Eduardo Lauaxeta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Uclar FC's Lino Gaitan pulled a muscle in his back after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Jeppener FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Nunez Diaz hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Isaias Iaki made a precise shot to the right of Elias Silbestre. Jeppener FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 31st minute Isaias Iaki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Silbestre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Uzuri struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Luis Montel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jeppener FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Guillen during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42ndth minute of the game Eduardo Lauaxeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uclar FC's Luis Montel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Jeppener FC booed when Uclar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Guillen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Lauaxeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jose Uzuri came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Jeppener FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Uzuri couldn't finish the play. Luis Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Lauaxeta's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Isaias Iaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Elias Silbestre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
