In the 13th match minute, Nogolí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Bastian to maneuver through the defense. A long shot from Gavino Cordero in the 14th minute of play was well struck, but Raimundo Rocio made a really good save at the right post. If Anibal Tiadoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Lartaun charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Lartaun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Peperina booed when Nogolí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angel Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Rocio having to interfere. The supporters of Nogolí booed when Peperina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gaudencio Llorenc fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nogolí's protests and gave Gaudencio Llorenc a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nogolí getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gaudencio Llorenc hit a great ball. Isaias Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Llorenc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaudencio Llorenc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Firman having to interfere. Gavino Cordero was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. Aureliano Oidor placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Gaudencio Llorenc struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Isaias Firman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nogolí.

The wind increased when Gaudencio Llorenc made the kick off in the second half. Matias Nalo's late challenge caught a Peperina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Nalo helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Peperina a penalty, 53 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Melquiades Silvino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nogolí's Raimundo Rocio. 1-0. Isaias Firman came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Nogolí's Gaudencio Llorenc. But to his dismay, Gaudencio Llorenc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ladislao Ulizess short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Isaias Firman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 63 played minutes Gaudencio Llorenc rounded Peperina's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Ulizes got free with Isaias Firman in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 minutes, Aureliano Rodriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peperina and the Nogolí players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Peperina's Aureliano Rodriguez got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Marcelino Lartaun was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played.
