After having played for 13 minutes, Cayetano Orain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobo Norteño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Orain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, chupachichi's Jacinto Martino got a free kick in the 30th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Natalio Orland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erubiel Belarmo. chupachichi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Orland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Cayetano Orain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Orain, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When the match was over Lobo Norteño could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than chupachichi throughout the match.
